Healthy Christmas Hot Choccy

Now we've got a right festive corker for you lot. Check out our amazing healthy Christmas hot chocolate recipe! Which combines a little naughtiness with a little nice. Including the luxurious items such as Cocoa Powder, Maple Syrup and Festive Spices and the real healthy stuff such as Coconut oil and Turmeric (which is just like craaazy good for you)

So this one's definitely going to keep you warm when you're watching 'The Muppets Christmas Carol' for the 10th year running.

Oh... is that just me?


Right, down to business.



8 ounces of hot water, milk or coconut milk
('hot' not boiling peeps!)

1 tablespoon of Butter or Coconut Oil

2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (we like to use this one)

1/2 teaspoon of Nutmeg powder (optional)
OR 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder (optional) it's a powerful antioxidant and is just pure awesome

1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup or Honey (optional) or MyProtein sugarfree syrup (here's the link)

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)



Combine all ingredients together in one glorious mash up! Either in a blender or get a fork out and work dem' guns.

Add whipped cream or chocolate sprinkles if you're as devilish as me (it was worth it I'm tellin' ya).

Drink warm and let it knock your socks off.
